Sales Dominante provides professional WordPress website design and development services, including custom website creation, SEO optimization, domain registration, hosting services, and ongoing support.

All services are delivered digitally and include the features and specifications outlined in your service agreement or package description.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice to existing clients.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, and materials required for project completion in a timely manner.

Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline extensions.

Clients must ensure they have legal rights to all content, images, and materials provided for use on their website.

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their website content and data.

Clients must provide access credentials and necessary permissions for website setup and deployment.

Standard website projects are completed within 7-10 business days from the date of project initiation and receipt of all required materials.

Project initiation begins after payment confirmation and receipt of all necessary information from the client.

Timeline estimates are based on standard projects and may vary for custom requirements or complex integrations.

We will communicate any delays promptly and provide updated timelines when necessary.

Rush delivery options may be available for an additional fee, subject to our availability.

Full payment is required upfront before project work begins.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor.

Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified and are subject to applicable taxes.

All sales are final once work has commenced, except as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to their custom website design and content.

Sales Dominante retains the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party themes, plugins, and software remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of proprietary tools, processes, or templates used in service delivery.

Any pre-existing intellectual property provided by the client remains the property of the client.

Standard packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions after initial design delivery.

Revisions must be requested within 30 days of initial delivery and must be reasonable in scope.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional fees.

Major design changes or scope modifications may require a new project agreement.

Revision requests should be submitted in writing and clearly specify the desired changes.

Sales Dominante provides services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or results of our services.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, including hosting providers, domain registrars, or payment processors.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their website complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication.

Clients should contact us immediately if they have concerns about any aspect of our services.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, we will work with clients to find a mutually acceptable solution.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sales Dominante operates.
