Refunds are available only if requested before work has commenced or within the specified guarantee period.
Once project work has begun, refunds are generally not available except in specific circumstances outlined below.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, typically within 5-10 business days.
No Refund After Work Begins
Once we have initiated work on your project (including design mockups, development, or any service delivery), refunds are not available.
Project initiation is considered to begin when we start any design, development, or configuration work on your behalf.
This policy protects both parties and ensures fair compensation for work performed.
If you are unsatisfied with the work, we encourage you to communicate with us so we can address your concerns and make necessary adjustments within the scope of included revisions.
Partial Refunds - Special Cases
Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
• Service delivery failure due to technical issues on our end that cannot be resolved
• Significant delays in project completion (beyond 30 days from agreed timeline) that are not caused by client delays
• Inability to deliver core services as specified in the service agreement due to circumstances beyond our control
Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account work completed and expenses incurred.
Any partial refund will be calculated as a percentage of the total fee based on work completed versus work remaining.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service before work begins for a full refund.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment confirmation to be eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel after 48 hours but before work begins, a 10% processing fee may apply.
Once work has commenced, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund, but you may request to pause the project.
If you cancel a project in progress, you will receive all completed work up to the cancellation date, but no refund will be provided.
Recurring services (such as monthly SEO or hosting) can be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
For payments made through Stripe, refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered.
Third-party services or licenses purchased on your behalf (themes, plugins, etc.) are non-refundable.
Work completed and delivered, even if not used, is not eligible for refund.
Rush delivery fees and expedited service charges are non-refundable.
Consultation fees for completed consultations are non-refundable.
Any custom development work that has been completed and delivered cannot be refunded.

For new website projects, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of project completion.
This guarantee applies only if:
• The website does not function as specified in the service agreement
• Critical features are missing or non-functional
• The delivered website does not match the agreed-upon specifications
The guarantee does not apply to:
• Design preferences or aesthetic choices
• Changes requested after project completion
• Issues caused by third-party services or client-provided content
To claim under the guarantee, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of project completion and allow us a reasonable opportunity to address the issues.
